01. THE PROBLEM:Beyond Static Prototypes
Beyond Static Prototypes Social audio requires more than just "looks"; it requires sub-second feedback loops. The goal for Goftaab was to move beyond static Figma files and build a production-ready design system that could handle real-world audio latency and complex user states across iOS, Android, and Desktop.

The goal for Goftaab was to move beyond static Figma files and build a production-ready design system that could handle real-world audio latency and complex user states across iOS, Android, and Desktop.
03. TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE:Real-Time At Scale
As the sole engineer, I built the full-stack architecture behind the design:
• Audio Engine: Integrated Agora RTC for low-latency, high-fidelity voice.
• Real-time State: Used Firebase Firestore as the signaling layer, where database changes instantly drive UI updates (e.g., listener → speaker).
• Design Tooling: Built a custom ScreenshotView to generate pixel-perfect UI mockups at any state and resolution.
04. THE BRIDGE: Multi-Platform Deployment\\
One of the core DT challenges was maintaining visual and functional parity across three distinct ecosystems:
Cross-Platform Parity: Using Capacitor.js, I maintained a single codebase that targets iOS, Android, and the Mac App Store.
Native Integration: I handled the native bridge for "Sign-in with Apple," background audio permissions, and OS-level splash screens to ensure the product felt integrated, not "wrapped."
05. DESIGN TOOLING: Automating Design-to-Dev Workflows
Built a custom in-app tool to remove friction between development and marketing:
ScreenshotView: A dedicated route to generate pixel-perfect UI mockups at any state and resolution.
Result: Marketing assets come directly from production code, keeping everything 1:1 with the source of truth and removing manual handoffs.
06. OUTCOME & IMPACT: From MVP to Production
Goftaab successfully evolved from a high-fidelity prototype into a production-grade application distributed globally.
Results: Launched the platform across the App Store, Google Play, and MacOS, supporting a live user base with real-time room discovery and persistent "Houses."
Legacy: By owning both the design logic and the technical implementation, I achieved a 100% fidelity match between vision and product, demonstrating the unique efficiency of the Design Technologist role.
Headline: Operational Governance — The Admin Control Center
• Real-Time Moderation: A custom-built internal dashboard designed for the live management of active rooms, user permissions, and platform safety.
• Direct Feedback Loops: Built-in visibility into user reports and feedback, allowing for rapid iteration based on real-world community sentiment.

The Power of End-to-End Ownership
Goftaab began as a personal mission to build a complete, production-grade social ecosystem from the ground up. Every phase of this project—from the initial UX wireframes and custom design system to the complex real-time audio signaling and final cloud deployment—was executed solely by me. My goal wasn’t just to build a prototype; it was to push the project across the finish line and make it fully available to the world on both the App Store and Google Play. This project stands as a testament to my ability to own the entire product lifecycle, bridging the gap between a high-fidelity vision and a live, global application.
